The apartment at Buenpas is incredibly clean and well maintained. It's located just minutes away from the amazing La Concha beach and close to the lively Old Town. We found the local fresh food market to be fantastic and loved the convenience of self-catering. The welcome pack - fruit, and tote bag were a lovely touch.

The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the facilities provided were great. We were especially impressed with the parking system, very convenient for us to park our car. The staff were very hospitable and provided us with lots of useful information about the city. this hotel provided us with a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I keep coming back because Buenpas is great. The staff helped me with directions. It has Wi-Fi, free parking, an electric kettle, and a flat-screen TV. It's perfect for me. Can't wait to go back for Christmas.

The living room, with its cozy ambiance and comfortable furniture, was the perfect spot to unwind after a long day of exploring. And let's not forget the heavenly bedrooms that embraced me with their soft sheets and ensured a restful night's sleep.

Located very close to the fantastic La Concha beach, this hotel is also near the Old Town, making it a convenient choice for those looking to explore the city's top attractions. the rooms were spacious and clean, with a great shower and all the amenities you could need. the hosts were extremely kind and provided a helpful city guide, as well as a welcome bowl of fruit. the supermarket market right across the street was a bonus.

The toilet brush in the main bathroom probably needs replacing and was not up to par with the overall cleanliness of the hotel.

The entrance door had issues with the app, but the host was quick to respond and let us in. The instructions for disposing of rubbish on check out were not clear.
